Your daily operations are our focus. What do your employees need in their specific work situation? That’s our starting point.
Based on your inquiry, the industry, and your company’s location, a selected trainer will visit for an initial meeting. It’s important for the trainer to understand your company’s workflow, job functions, and environment. Together, you will discuss the situation that requires a training or change management process.
Following this conversation, the trainer will advise on the format, content, group size, and duration of the program. This can range from two half-days for a group of five to multiple groups, modules, and hands-on guidance, and everything in between. The key question is: what change do you want to see after the program? When will you be satisfied?
We invite participants to think about what they want to learn in advance of the in-company training or course. This approach means the change process starts right away. Optionally, participants can complete a DISC behavioral analysis as preparation.
The digital learning environment we use for this preparation can be fully customized, including your company’s logo. Some organizations also choose to hold a kick-off meeting to explain the collective goal and demonstrate executive involvement.
The trainer will also consult with the responsible management to clarify expectations and outline their role in supporting participants after the training.
During the training, participants work on skills and behavior patterns. They engage in role-playing and practical exercises, experimenting with what suits them best. This reduces the barrier to applying the skills and new behavior in their work. Additionally, participants have the opportunity to ask questions and exchange experiences with their peers.
Between training sessions, participants stay in touch with each other and the trainer via our online learning platform, keeping the learning process active. After the training, it’s crucial to apply what has been learned, often with support from supervisors. We also frequently work with improvement plans, where participants develop plans during the training on how they will implement the learning in practice. The trainer assists in making these goals clear and achievable.
Evaluation is key to determining the success of an in-company program. Was the goal achieved? How did you experience the process? Sometimes, further development is desired. That’s the advantage of customized training: we can create a follow-up program as needed. Have a new group of employees to train in the same way? We can easily repeat the program for you.
The complete change process of a team or organization is what we call the IMK learning path. We believe in blended learning: we combine training days with interactive assignments through our online learning platform.
Which new skills and competencies have participants developed? Naturally, this is important for your organization to know.
To make this clear, we’ve developed the Behavior Meter. Before and after the training, participants’ competencies are evaluated. The difference between the two assessments shows the progress made. To ensure participant privacy, results are always shared anonymously.
To better bridge the gap between theory and practice, we offer Implementation Coaching as a follow-up. With Implementation Coaching, the learning process is extended, allowing you to bring the learned concepts into practice together with the trainer.
