This training is really helpful for leaders that just start the function, essential actually.

The trainer had very good contact with us, everyone was different and she managed all diferent situations. Was very fullfiling and I could learn a lot with the documents and exercices.

It was a very interesting training that made me feel more comfortable & secure using management skills to my employees and to my colleagues. Unlock my mind, to resolve strange daily situations that happens at work. Excellent presentation by the teacher and very good cooperation with the rest of the team at the classroom!

Je leert veel over jezelf.

Training was really interesting. I was afraid to spend this hours listening inky theory but was totally other way around. We had some activities, lot of discussions and even more interesting tips from Jay. I learn a lot of my self and also now my learning points. I met amazing people from a lot of die backgrounds. This was a great time and I'm looking forward for a next cursus like this. Thank You!

Receiving a lot of good tools for practical management with good examples.

The trainer was great. He built good atmosphere in the group. I felt supported, heard and encouraged to express my thoughts and opinions. Everything that we were learning is applicable on everyday situations. It vas interactive and because of that I didn’t felt bored at any moment. I learned a lot!

De training was erg leerzaam en inhoudelijk erg goed. Michel van Vuuren weet waar hij het over heeft en neemt daarin de groep mee.

Nagenoeg geheel naar verwachting. Heel praktisch gericht en direct toepasbaar in de eigen praktijk. Met name de interactie met de medestudenten heb ik als zeer positief ervaren.

Prima opleiding, vlot door de stof en is het gelukkig geen oplees verhaal. De opleiding heeft er wel een flink tempo in, dat is soms lastig als je er een drukke baan naast hebt. Ideaal is wel dat het geleerde direct toepasbaar is in de praktijk.
