This training is really helpful for leaders that just start the function, essential actually.

The trainer had very good contact with us, everyone was different and she managed all diferent situations. Was very fullfiling and I could learn a lot with the documents and exercices.

I highly recommend! very friendly atmosphere, teacher full of vigor. no one was bored, and what's more, we all worked with enthusiasm. He passed on his knowledge to us in a very exciting way!

It was a very interesting training that made me feel more comfortable & secure using management skills to my employees and to my colleagues. Unlock my mind, to resolve strange daily situations that happens at work. Excellent presentation by the teacher and very good cooperation with the rest of the team at the classroom!

Je leert veel over jezelf.

Training was really interesting. I was afraid to spend this hours listening inky theory but was totally other way around. We had some activities, lot of discussions and even more interesting tips from Jay. I learn a lot of my self and also now my learning points. I met amazing people from a lot of die backgrounds. This was a great time and I'm looking forward for a next cursus like this. Thank You!

The trainer was great. He built good atmosphere in the group. I felt supported, heard and encouraged to express my thoughts and opinions. Everything that we were learning is applicable on everyday situations. It vas interactive and because of that I didn’t felt bored at any moment. I learned a lot!

Zeer leerzaam, het was een fijne cursus met veel interactie. Alle struikelblokken die aangedragen werden, werden behandeld. Voor mijn werk zal ik zeker de geleerde stof toepassen.
