It was awesome! Eric was amazing! He is very knowledgeable and skillfull. He is very good in delivering training and he made these 2 days so fun and unforgettable! I took so much from this training and it helped me a lot.

If you would like to develop yourself as a leader or as a manager, then this course is definitely the one to choose! It was practical, exciting, valuable and fun. The trainer had very good contact with us, everyone was different and she managed all diferent situations. Was very fullfiling and I could learn a lot with the documents and exercices.

It was a very interesting training that made me feel more comfortable & secure using management skills to my employees and to my colleagues. Unlock my mind, to resolve strange daily situations that happens at work. Excellent presentation by the teacher and very good cooperation with the rest of the team at the classroom!

Je leert veel over jezelf.

Training was really interesting. I was afraid to spend this hours listening inky theory but was totally other way around. We had some activities, lot of discussions and even more interesting tips from Jay. I learn a lot of my self and also now my learning points. I met amazing people from a lot of die backgrounds. This was a great time and I'm looking forward for a next cursus like this. Thank You!

Receiving a lot of good tools for practical management with good examples.

The trainer was great. He built good atmosphere in the group. I felt supported, heard and encouraged to express my thoughts and opinions. Everything that we were learning is applicable on everyday situations. It vas interactive and because of that I didn’t felt bored at any moment. I learned a lot!

Aanpak trainer structureel en duidelijke uitleg. Veel input vanuit de groep - ieder deelt zijn ervaringen met de OR. Vergadertechnieken, wat is het doel van de or en de verschillende type mensen volgens DISC profiel.

Leerzaam en leuk om te zien/horen hoe andere OR leden het doen.

Interessante training, goede trainingslocatie

De training was goed helaas te kort.

Prettig dat het een kleine groep was waardoor iedereen gehoord kon worden en er veel tijd was voor uitwisseling informatie en tips. De trainer nam ook de tijd voor ieder van ons. Prettig manier van training ontvangen! Erg positief ervaren.

Lekker ontspannend en veel geleerd op een wisselende manier waardoor je geprikkeld blijft.

Een fijne informatieve training met uitgebreid de mogelijkheid om ook aan mijn eigen vragen toe te komen. Goede sfeer, open, boeiend.
