It was awesome! Eric was amazing! He is very knowledgeable and skillfull. He is very good in delivering training and he made these 2 days so fun and unforgettable! I took so much from this training and it helped me a lot.

Zeer leerzaam en informatief. Er wordt veel informatie vanuit boeken verteld. Waardoor je handvaten krijgt om een verandering uit te voeren. Deze boeken werden benoemd en kunnen nog als naslagwerk gebruikt worden.

Aanpak van de trainer erg fijn, combi van theorie met oefeningen. Goede training voor midden management.

It was a very interesting training that made me feel more comfortable & secure using management skills to my employees and to my colleagues. Unlock my mind, to resolve strange daily situations that happens at work. Excellent presentation by the teacher and very good cooperation with the rest of the team at the classroom!

Training was really interesting. I was afraid to spend this hours listening inky theory but was totally other way around. We had some activities, lot of discussions and even more interesting tips from Jay. I learn a lot of my self and also now my learning points. I met amazing people from a lot of die backgrounds. Receiving a lot of good tools for practical management with good examples.

The trainer was great. He built good atmosphere in the group. I felt supported, heard and encouraged to express my thoughts and opinions. Everything that we were learning is applicable on everyday situations. It vas interactive and because of that I didn’t felt bored at any moment. I learned a lot!
